QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPRAISER
Scott Lepman is an independent fee appraiser. Since 1983, Scott has been a self-employed full-time appraiser. Prior to this, he was employed with Reich, Saunders & Associates in Eugene, Oregon (1982-1983). He also held the position of Property Appraiser III for the Linn County Assessor, Albany, Oregon for four years (1978-1982). Prior to this position, he was employed as a fee and staff appraiser for various clients and financial institutions in the greater San Diego County area in California (1977-1978).
He is licensed to appraise property in the State of Oregon. He is also certified to appraise for taxation purposes in the State of Oregon.
